Been listening/playing muzic all my life, since 6-years of age anyway, and started out with piano at that age.
Quite late, at 20, I started to learn how to play the guitar "by ear" or "by heart".
Well, it really started by listening to J.Hendrix "Purple Haze" many years earlier.. (me and a million other guitar players!)
Sat for hours and hours listening/mimicrying all kind of guitar-based music for many years, trying to figure out
"How do they do that"??
Since then it's been my favourite instrument, though I also play bass, synths (and nose-flute, Hammond-flirrrps?)
Mainly influences are (guitar-based) muzic (60:s, 70:s, 80:s) that does something to you when you listen to it!
Really appreciate a unique approach to guitar-playing or music as a personally state of art.
It can be whatever, a slow blues with accoustic guitar, a screaming metal shredder, or just a almost vocal song...
(check out the linkz page).
There are so many different approaches to this as there are people...and everyone have their own opinion!
Played in a lot of different bands thru' the years, here's some of them:
